Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our couriers are instructed to leave your package in a safe place at your doorstep or with your building concierge.

How do I heat my Power Kitchen meals?
Most meals are ready in just 2-3 minutes. Simply remove the lid and heat in the microwave, or transfer the food to an oven-safe dish if you prefer using a conventional oven.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control through your account dashboard to skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time before your weekly billing cutoff.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
